WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Mina Studio is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and we provide professional wedding photography and wedding videography throughout Arizona. We regularly photograph and film weddings in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, Pinetop, Show Low, and surrounding areas.
We also travel for destination weddings outside of Arizona. If your wedding is outside our regular service area, contact us for information about travel and destination wedding coverage.

WHO WILL BE MY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER?
Your wedding will be captured by Fred and the Mina Studio team. Depending on your package and the size of your wedding, you may have one or more professional wedding photographers and videographers.
We believe having an experienced photography and videography team working together creates a smoother experience and allows us to capture both the important moments and the small details of your wedding day.

DO WE GET TO MEET OUR PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER BEFORE THE WEDDING?
Absolutely! We would love to meet with you before your wedding day.
We can schedule a video consultation to talk about your wedding plans, timeline, photography and videography coverage, important family traditions, special moments, and the style of photos and films you are looking for.
Our goal is for you to feel comfortable with your wedding photographer and videographer before the big day.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes! Mina Studio is available for wedding photography and videography throughout Arizona and for destination weddings.
We regularly travel from Phoenix to locations such as Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, Pinetop, Show Low, and other Arizona wedding destinations. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and coverage requirements.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VIDEOGRAPHERS WILL BE AT OUR WEDDING?
Our wedding packages are designed to provide professional coverage while keeping the experience comfortable and unobtrusive.
Most packages include one wedding photographer and one wedding videographer. For larger weddings, multi-day celebrations, or weddings with several locations and events, we may recommend adding a second photographer or second videographer.
Having additional photographers and videographers can be especially helpful for large weddings, multiple simultaneous events, large bridal parties, and traditional multi-day celebrations.

HOW MANY WEDDINGS HAVE YOU PHOTOGRAPHED AND FILMED?
Mina Studio has more than 10 years of experience capturing weddings and has photographed and filmed 300+ weddings.
Our experience includes traditional and multicultural weddings throughout Arizona, including Indian, South Asian, Persian, Middle Eastern, Jewish, Armenian, Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, and other cultural and destination weddings.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK OUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed.
Popular wedding dates, especially Saturdays during the busy wedding season, can book well in advance. Contact us early so we can check your date and discuss the photography and videography coverage that would work best for your wedding.

HOW MANY HOURS OF WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY DO YOU PROVIDE?
Our coverage is designed around your wedding timeline and the story you want captured, rather than simply watching the clock.
Depending on your package and wedding schedule, coverage can include getting ready, details, first look, portraits, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, speeches, dances, special traditions, and your formal exit.
We can discuss your timeline during your consultation and create a photography and videography plan that makes sense for your wedding day.

DO YOU PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL LIGHTING FOR WEDDING RECEPTIONS?
Yes. We use professional lighting for wedding receptions and evening events when needed.
Proper lighting helps us create beautiful, clean wedding photographs and cinematic wedding footage while maintaining a natural and elegant look throughout the reception.

DO YOU RECORD WEDDING VOWS AND CEREMONY AUDIO?
Yes. Professional wedding videography includes recording important audio, including vows, readings, ceremony moments, and other meaningful parts of your wedding.
Depending on the venue and setup, we may capture audio through the DJ or sound system as well as using professional microphones and audio recording equipment.

DO YOU RECORD SPEECHES AND RECEPTION AUDIO?
Yes. We capture professional audio for important reception moments such as maid of honor and best man speeches, parent speeches, toasts, vows, announcements, first dances, and other meaningful moments.
Audio is an important part of cinematic wedding videography because hearing the voices of the people you love helps bring your wedding film back to life for years to come.

HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING WILL WE RECEIVE OUR WEDDING FILM?
Wedding film delivery times vary depending on the season, the scope of coverage, and our editing schedule.
Our typical turnaround time is approximately 4–7 weeks, although some wedding films may be delivered sooner.
We carefully edit each wedding film to create a polished, cinematic story rather than rushing the editing process.
